The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

As a Global Logistics E2E Lead you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Lead large scale transformational projects that will significantly impact the performance of our supply chain.  Facilitate the on-boarding of new Global Logistics digital platforms and tools and partner with IT to ensure integrations and development meet business standards.

  • This position will be responsible for interfacing with cross functional teams to complete analytical assessments on current supply chain processes, systems, and operations, with a particular focus on optimization to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with SMEs, BPOs and partners.

  • Run business reviews with BPO providing global logistics digital solutions.

  • Prioritize program needs by balancing strategic tradeoffs, costs, and operational impacts for short and long-term business objectives.

  • Provide program updates, financial status, and budget/resourcing needs to executive leadership.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of Global Logistics experience in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

  •  High School Diploma/GED AND twelve (12) years of Global Logistics experience in a private, public, government or military environment

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Experience in Project Management and leading cross functional teams

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT from an accredited institution

  • Working knowledge of global trade management solutions, transportation management solutions, warehouse management solutions, and ERP systems (preferably SAP 9.6 TM, GTS, and ECC and S4HANA).

  • Experience with SAP, SQL, PBI, and Microsoft PowerApps. 

  • Working knowledge of data systems, design, and data technologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts and quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to root-cause problems and quickly articulate creative, practical solutions.

  • Previous experience in a fast pace, high-volume business organization that promoted a data driven, problem solving climate underpinned by process development and performance metrics and KPIs.
