Anna Ruby Falls - Visitor Center Staff

Job description

We are looking for an individual to provide excellent customer service at the Anna Ruby Falls Ticket Booth. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make visitors feel welcome at our site will stand out. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Time will be spent in the ticket booth area collecting entrance fees, greeting guests and sharing information about Anna Ruby Falls Recreation Area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Collect fees in ticket booth
• Provide accurate information about the area
• Answer customers’ questions

• Proven work experience with customer service
• Basic math skills

Job Type: Part-time
