The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Lead Change Management Analyst in District Cash Services - District Cash Support. As the Lead Change Management Analyst, you will be responsible for leading a District-wide organizational change initiative from end-to-end for the District’s NextGen project.

In this role, you will use best-practices in organizational and behavioral change management to support the Bank’s NextGen multi-year project to replace all cash processing machines in the 12th District. You will be responsible for deploying a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including but not limited to, a stakeholder analysis, enablement, engagement and change communication plans.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead NexGen change initiative from end-to-end, ensuring programs meet expectations, change impacts are mitigated, and key stakeholders are engaged throughout the process.

  • Identify change impacts and mitigate risks to employee adoption, including points of resistance and performance gaps.

  • Contribute to strategies for implementing change management practices, including employee feedback, listening programs, and employee enablement initiatives.

  • Conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and develop plans to ensure business is prepared for upcoming policy, process, operations, and technology changes.

  • Craft change communications, design, and deploy employee engagement and enablement programs, and consult with senior management and key stakeholders on change leadership capabilities.

  • Identify and measure the success of the NextGen change initiative plans (e.g., support, adoption, engagement, and enablement).

Desired Experience + Traits:

  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, business administration, or communications.  MBA or Master of Science in Organizational Development or Communications

  • 10+ years of experience leading complex organizational-wide change initiatives.

  • Willingness to travel 10% to other branch office locations in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Seattle and Phoenix based on the project needs of the NextGen Cash project

  • Organizational Change Management Practice (ADKAR methodology)

  • Program Management Methodologies (Formulate, organize, monitor, inter-connected project activities)

  • Product Management Mindset (Holistic approach to delivering value for customers)

  • Design Thinking/UX Principles (Creative problem solving)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong Computer Skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)

  • Demonstrates advanced skills in designing communication templates, dashboards, and working in SharePoint and Teams managing design, layout, and content.

Base Salary Range: Min: $114,400 - Mid: $148,500 - Max: $182,700 (Location: San Francisco)

Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
