Job Summary

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with the assigned population and their advocates within the community to educate, train, research and resolve problems, and provide assistance and information. Responsible for special projects and maintaining community contacts. Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas for responsibility, including overnight stays.

* Develop, manage, and maintain internal and external stakeholders within an
assigned territory to meet the departmental and individual goals.
* Utilize highly developed time management skills to maintain a detailed and
varied schedule of events within the assigned territory as well as a back-up to
fellow representatives both within and outside the department.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners in the community to address
health condition education and health insurance navigation across all lines of
business.

Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree in Health Care or Business Administration OR 4 years work experience in an insurance environment
* 3 years of experience in health care administration, community health OR grant management
* Interpersonal, analytical, presentation and communication skills
* Knowledge of the health care industry
* Ability and willingness to travel within assigned areas for responsibility, including overnight stays and weekends.
* Organizational and planning skills
* Ability to take initiative and work independently
* Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel, and PowerPoint

*Salesforce experience

  *This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days remote weekly.

Base Pay Range

$39,900.00 - $88,800.00
