As a business analyst you will be an enthusiastic and creative individual who is passionate about curating top-of-the-line Standard Supplier Programs for our customers. You will be a core member of the team responsible for the delivery of programs & ensuring our products meet the highest level of excellence. This includes developing data collection & analysis methods, assessment setup, workflow testing, and stakeholder engagement. You will support the team throughout all stages of program development and will collaborate with all relevant internal & external stakeholders. You will be passionate about key areas of sustainability & work creatively to understand industry needs. As a product specialist you will support the creation of programs to deliver against upcoming legislative & best practice requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery

• Collaborate with program leads, internal experts and designated partners to deliver standard programs for use as part of Spheras core product offering
• Undertake operational and technical tasks needed to achieve the program objectives on time and to the highest standard of quality
• Enhance department expertise by supporting the construction of tools to ensure a high standard of execution of tasks
• Stay up to date with industry knowledge to inform & identify potential for future programs
• Translate complex requirements into full supply chain sustainability programs using best practices & all tools available within the platform as applicable
• Create easily digestible guidance materials & trainings to ensure programs are suitably supported for all users
• Devise & develop logic-based formulas for program ease of use and data analysis
• Configure sandbox environments for testing & maintain the Standard Programs Delivery environment
• Complete program quality assurance and validate workflows through testing
• Conduct data quality checks, data cleaning, data import, and data analysis
• Communicate inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvements
• Support the analysis of data & review of programs to help understand the impact of our core products & make recommendations for improvement

Stakeholder Engagement

• Form part of the teams' core communication structure by ensuring all key stakeholders are up to date & have access to guidance materials & training to support all aspects of program delivery
• Participate in regular meetings with program leads, internal experts & designated partner teams
• Provide software training and solution demonstrations to internal and external contacts as needed
