We are seeking a collaborative <strong>senior information security expert (f/m/x).</strong> We are looking for a passionate information security expert who wants to drive security in the company of the most innovative energy trading platform on the planet.</p> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>how to enspire us</strong></p> <p>as part of our handpicked team of experts, you</p> <ul><li>implement, support and further develop our Information Security Management System.</li><li>are an essential part of our Initial ISO 27001 certification process.</li><li>coordinate and integrate requirements (ISO 27001, NIS2, KRITIS) in ongoing projects as well as in our systems and processes and support other departments in doing so.</li><li>continuously improve our Business Continuity Management System &amp; coordinate and conduct regular Business Impact Analyses.</li><li>participate in the definition and performance of the Information Security Risk Program and contribute to the performance of risk assessments and the development of risk treatment plans.</li><li>you support the continuous improvement process by keeping an eye on information security-relevant KPIs, coordinating internal audits and defining appropriate improvement measures.</li><li>prepare and support external audits (2nd &amp; 3rd Party Audits) and raise awareness on information security in the company.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><strong>how you fit into the team</strong></p> <p>you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and</p> <ul><li>have at least three years of experience in a comparable position,</li><li>relevant IT education (HTL, computer science studies FH/Uni)</li><li>professional certification such as ISO27001 manager/auditor, CISM etc. </li><li>experience in the implementation of ISO 27001/ ISO 22301/ NIS2 requirements</li><li>high willingness to learn, analytical thinking, quick comprehension, structured and strong communication skills</li><li>solution-oriented thinking while weighing up different interests</li><li>value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,</li><li>have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality,</li><li>are fluent in English, (German is a plus), and </li><li>and you are a curious person with a good sense of humour</li></ul> <p><br/></p> <p><strong>what's in it for you?</strong></p> <p>we believe in transparency and keep our colleagues updated on every aspect of our business.
