We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator

Target total compensation ranges from $91,000 - $134,000, including a fixed annual salary of $86,000 - $120,000 (with superannuation for AU roles), an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. 

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

In this role, you'll work embedded within 2-3 engineering squads, playing a crucial role in facilitating collaboration and driving efficiency across teams. You'll support the execution of product and engineering projects, gaining hands-on experience with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will act as a bridge between engineering, product, and design, fostering clear communication and ensuring alignment on priorities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong technical aptitude and a desire to contribute to a high-impact team building cutting-edge experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Identify and proactively address potential roadblocks or risks to project timelines.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product development processes.
• Prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Gain exposure to all facets of the SDLC, from ideation to launch.
• Potentially manage reactively as needed, prioritizing roadmap goals and on-time delivery.
