Key Account Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Track the performance of each key account and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on the performance of key accounts, as well as any challenges or opportunities.
• Work closely with customer service to ensure that key accounts are receiving the necessary support.
• Keep daily records of all inbounds by date, PO, carrier, and tracking #.
• Search and print the ASNs in the system.
• Search for the ASNs that will be sent to the line.
• Create a discrepancies report and advise the client.
• Keep tracking on WMS of web and retail PTs in Short PT-Pending Picker Verification and work to locate the missing units in order to complete these PTs.
• Report to CSR PTs that need to be canceled or short shipped to advise the client.
• Pick the web and retail PTs per priority and SLA.
• Ensure all retail PTs in the MSL list are completed within delays.
• Complete rush and urgent requests made by the client.
• Communicate with all departments to make sure the processes are running smoothly and on time.
• Open communication with client and client service manager
• Provide timely feedback.
• Support other supervisors and work areas when needed.

Requirements

• Third Party Logistics experience a plus
• Ability to analyze data, reporting skills, and data entry management
• Dealing with complexity, deadline-oriented
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Must be able to direct and motivate others
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to communicate, including reading, writing, and speaking in English and Spanish.
• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs; occasionally, with team support, lift and/or move objects greater than 50 lbs
