Are you passionate about delivering personalized guest service and thrive in a flexible, international environment? If so, our Front Office Agent vacancy is perfect for you. As the first and last point of contact, you'll handle guest check-ins and check-outs, provide information, and manage administrative tasks. Working day, evening, and night shifts, you create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring guests' expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Smooth check-in and check-out processes, taking ownership to make each guest's stay memorable

• Handling administrative tasks seamlessly throughout your shift

• Record and action guest feedback to achieve memorable experiences

• Providing a 'wow' factor with a sparkling personality

We are looking for:

• Someone who has previous hotel Front Office experience

• Is comfortable with flexible shifts; throughout the week and weekend

• Has exceptional communication skills in English

• Is able to handle guest requests and complains personally
