Year End Bonus

To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.

Required Qualifications

• high School diploma or its equivalent
• 3 years of facilities warehouse experience
• ability to obtain certification in pallet truck and forklift operations (on or before his or her start date in the position)
• must be at least 21 years of age
• must have a valid driver’s license and authorization to drive a company vehicle before the start date in the position
• ability to lift 65 lbs
• knowledge of Facilities warehousing processes (Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point Presentations, Outlook, etc.)
• knowledge of Inventory systems (CMMS)
• knowledge of Customer Service procedures and techniques
• SAP operational knowledge
• Supply Chain knowledge
• excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• ability to multi-task and to prioritize work/responsibilities
• human relations skills
• interpersonal skills
• time management skills
• analytical skills
• must be available at all times (during nights, holidays and weekends, hurricane season), including some out of town overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

• certification in warehouse or inventory control
• 5 years of facilities warehouse experience
