Concierge (Part-time)

Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Concierge (Part-Time) with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Long Branchlocation

Shifts: Sunday and Monday 11pm to 7am Friday and Saturday 3pm to 11pm

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas including, but not limited to:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit.
• Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination
• Check-in and announce incoming guests.
• Receiving packages and deliveries
• Resolve complaints from residents/guests.
• Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
• Folding and washing towels
• Light organization/cleaning of assigned work area.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience
• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
• Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours.
• Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
• Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours.
• Must pass comprehensive background checks.
• Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company.
