Ruscello, our full-service restaurant in Hawaii, brings Mediterranean and Italian-inspired cuisine to life with bold flavors, hand-crafted cocktails, and locally sourced ingredients.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at Ruscello. As a vital part of our kitchen staff, you’ll help ensure smooth operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards that allow our culinary team to shine. In this fast-paced role, your attention to detail and teamwork mindset will help us deliver an exceptional dining experience to every guest.

A day in the life…

• Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently

• Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance

• The hours for this position will vary by week depending on business needs

• Successfully worked in a fast-paced environment

• The ability to work a flexible schedule

• A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
