Assistant Professor and Director of the University Writing Center

Description

This assistant professor will serve as faculty member and Director of the Oklahoma State University Writing Center. Scholarly expertise in Rhetoric/Composition or Writing Center Studies required. The person hired for this position will teach a 2-2 load, with one course each semester being a 1-credit hour Writing Center Theory and Pedagogy course. This position also carries primary responsibility for directing a dynamic Writing Center, including its satellite centers and community outreach programs. Appropriate terminal degree and appropriate credentials required. Salary competitive and commensurate with experience. OSU offers the BA, MFA, and the PhD in English.
