We are looking for a motivated and reliable Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to executives and team members in our Los Angeles, CA office. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for assigned executives.

• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

• Assist with organizing and maintaining files, records, and documentation.

• Perform general office tasks, including answering calls, drafting correspondence, and running errands as needed.

• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and manage priorities effectively.

Requirements
