As a Guest Services Supervisor, you play a vital role in delivering seamless, five-star experiences through exceptional Valet, Door, and Bell service. You oversee lobby operations with attentiveness—adjusting staffing as needed, supporting group arrivals, and resolving guest concerns with care and efficiency. You uphold luxury service standards through regular review and testing, while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture where every interaction is gracious, polished, and guest-focused.

Holding a valid Illinois driver’s license and a clean driving record, you embody the highest standards of safety and accountability—cornerstones of luxury service excellence.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary:$21.50 per hour
