Position Overview:
We are seeking an individual with a passion for people & technology. The role will consist of a blend of responsibilities and will vary with no two days the same. The individual's activities across the week will be 20% HR Operations, 50% Talent Acquisition and 30% supporting our VP of Sales, Head of EMEA.
Working directly with our HR Business Partner – EMEA and our VP of Sales, Head of EMEA, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual to learn best practices across HR & Recruitment for EMEA. While also obtaining senior stakeholder exposure working alongside our VP of Sales, Head of EMEA.
What you’ll do as the EMEA Recruiter & HR Operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Talent Acquisition (50%)
- Create and drive recruiting and candidate generation strategies in partnership with stakeholders.
- Manage full-life cycle recruiting process including job descriptions, sourcing, screening assessments, interviews, offers and onboarding
- Source candidates by means of direct recruitment, referral networks, Internet job boards, and traditional recruiting methods to identify potential talent
- Build a robust candidate pipeline through a variety of sourcing methods
- Facilitate an outstanding hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Drive the offer process including presenting offers, overcoming last-minute challenges, negotiating and successfully closing candidates
Human Resources (20%)
- Supporting the HR Business Partner – EMEA with HR administration and HR presentations.
- Employee administrative processes including contracts, references and right to work checks, promotions and reference checking.
- Accurate HR system data entry with maintenance of electronic employee files.
- Monitoring holidays, probationary periods, sickness/absence.
- Supporting on HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Manage employee relations matters including investigations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Head of EMEA, Support (30%)
- Managing and communicating meeting agendas, taking notes and communicating actions both internally and externally.
- Management of the Head of EMEA diary including forward planning for travel, allocation of prep time and liaising with event organisers.
- To provide general administrative support to the Head of EMEA.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
- Taking comprehensive notes where relevant, keeping on top of actions and holding other leaders and their teams to account to keep things moving forward.
What you will bring to the team:
- Recruiting experience preferred
- General knowledge of EMEA employment law and interviewing principles
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop new skills
