As a Security Professional - Utilities Site - Weekends in Moreno Valley, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal assigned to a utilities location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining visibly present throughout the property, and providing exceptional customer service to everyone you encounter. This is a driving post, so you will be required to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. Pay Rate: $19.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat04:00 AM - 12:30 PMSun04:00 AM - 12:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or security-related incidents during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a positive environment.
• Follow post orders and instructions as provided by Allied Universal and site management.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
