About the role

Purpose

To champion and drive development and implementation of systems supporting various areas of STIHL Sales and Marketing. To analyze, research, design and build consensus around system and process improvement opportunities. To deliver high value resources to internal and external customers, ultimately promoting and driving B2B and B2C sales of STIHL products. To interface effectively with STIHL IT and other departments to develop, integrate and implement systems to streamline and automate internal processes. To support the STIHL product management teams with a variety of research, process improvement and content delivery projects.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal processes and systems to streamline standard processes within STIHL Sales and Marketing
  • Takes ownership of the Dealer Support Manual Development and Delivery Process including creation, maintenance and system / process
  • Support the US Product Management Team on various research related projects
  • Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze data and test integrity of available data source
  • Create presentations and reports using Microsoft suite or online publication tools
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Specifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Knowledge of IT systems from MS Office to HTML and API Integration. 
  • Ability to identify and execute process improvement potential with a focus on automation and integration. 
  • Ability to build consensus and influence a team.

Work Experience:  1 – 3 years

Travel Requirements: Up to 25%
