About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as key liaison to organize the REC approval process, from REC kick-off to final approval.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documents and information for REC meetings.
- Escalate issues and concerns in REC process related to submission to the appropriate team and leadership for review.
- Prepare agendas and organize presentations for REC meetings, highlighting key project details.
- Work closely with global team, ensure timely global REC submission and follow up on global leadership’s requirements to ensure the global approval successfully.
- Facilitate the approval system sign-off process and provide approval result to related team for further store opening execution.
- Track and record the status and timeliness of REC approval in related system (e.g., star4.0, One pipeline) as well as internal folder list.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, enhancing the efficiency of REC process.
- Ensure the REC process adheres to Nike global& geo policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes to relevant regulations and polices to maintain ongoing compliance.
- Assist in the Global fleet review(annual/bi-annual), aligning strategy, reviewing store performance opened/reopened in previous 12-18 months, and informing pipeline of following 1 year.
- Update & consolidate store information from x-function for quarterly Glb CRR.
- Collaborate with RE team to align pipeline destined for submission to REC.
- Inform latest pipeline status to finance team to produce monthly fleet plan forecast report.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, process management, or a related role in the retail industry.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic and logic thinking skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience in the leading sports retail industry is a plus.
