A Day in the Life
As a Training Supervisor, you will play an important part in providing direction to the training team by ensuring all functions related to onboarding and training with in-house NRI Trainers and employees on job specific operations functions are met. You’ll be working with products from some awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.
The following schedule is available for this role:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Starting Pay:
$70,304 - 85,652

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with building relationships and motivating others
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties, follow through assignments with minimal direction, with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in continuous improvement tools/methodologies to drive customer fulfillment, quality, efficiency and safety
- Experience in leading and training Trainers to ensure all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently
- Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
- Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)
The Must Haves:
- 3+ years of warehouse experience and /or leading a training team, Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint)
- Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Things You Will be Doing
- Ensures the training, cross-training and development of Trainers
- Coach, counsel, and inspire Trainers and employees to not only meet but exceed required performance metrics
- Create training programs by assessing skill/knowledge gaps, training objectives, work situations, changes in training SOP’s along with driving continuous improvement initiatives within training processes and implementing related projects.
- Acquire a in-house Equipment Operator (EO) certification and host certification classes as needed
- Reinforce safety practices and support incident reduction efforts including but not limited to performing three safety observations weekly.
- Monitor Training Hours and ensure training
