Position Overview 

This position is responsible for lubricating and servicing the companies mobile equipment from pickup trucks to haul trucks and assorted paving and construction equipment.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies

• Perform engine oil and fuel system services in very

• Lubricate all lube points on equipment

• Identify the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.

• Examine vehicle and Identify any possible maintenance issue

• Replaces parts such as lights, brakes, bearings, springs, etc.

• Services items such as gearboxes, hydraulic systems, engine oils

• Performs basic shop clean up (floors, windows, walls, etc)

• Empties oil containers and trash containers

• Picks up parts and helps deliver trucks

• Control costs on all repairs.

• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as assigned.

• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, customers, and the general public at all times.

• Strict adherence to the Pennsy Supply, Inc. policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.

• Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements

• Current drivers license and reliable source of transportation.

• Must possess a vaild CDL Class B license 

• Must submit to a drug screen, criminal background check. 

 

Education/Experience

• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems is helpful.

• Basic computer skills are needed.

• Experience with diagnostic tools.

• Welding experience preferred.

• Ability to operate various pieces of equipment to test or make necessary repairs.

• Able to work various shifts to meet customer demand.
