Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to lead high-volume hiring efforts. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, leveraging your expertise and strategic approach to source, attract, and onboard top talent.

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and onboard professionals across various disciplines.
• Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal structure, ambiguity, and evolving processes, ensuring effective hiring outcomes.
• High-Volume Hiring: Effectively manage multiple requisitions, ensuring quality hires within tight timelines.
• Strategic Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels to attract top talent and build robust pipelines for critical roles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and engaging process with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage recruitment metrics to continuously improve performance and outcomes.
• Industry Expertise: Maintain current knowledge of healthcare trends, roles, and certifications to align hiring strategies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in healthcare.
• Proven success in high-volume recruitment environments.
• Expertise in hiring for specialized roles is required (e.g., Sr. Developer, Sr. Task Automation Specialist, Sr. Process Automation Expert).
• Strong proficiency with ATS, organizational skills, and stakeholder management.
• Must thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with ambiguity, minimal structure, and evolving processes.
