Onboarding Specialist, Dream Communities

The Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in ensuring smooth and successful onboarding processes for new team members and clients in our Dream Communities and Dream Outdoor Resorts divisions. Your role will involve coordinating all onboarding activities, assisting with the setup and transition of new hires, and maintaining a seamless experience for both internal and external stakeholders. This position requires excellent multi-tasking skills, strong communication abilities, light recruiting experience, and a willingness to learn Property management.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements)

• Proven experience in onboarding, preferably within the Property Management sector 
• Travel 30% of the time
• Strong customer service background with a demonstrated ability to support and guide new hires 
• Expertise in multitasking and managing multiple priorities with strong organizational skills 
• Familiarity with property management operations, systems and processes is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• Experience with Greenhouse Onboarding preferred 

What you are great at: (Responsibilities) 

• Perform quarterly audits of the onboarding system to ensure accuracy and up to date information.
• Order all welcome packages. 
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires within the Property Management division, ensuring a seamless and efficient transition. 
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time. 
• Provide support to new employees throughout the onboarding process, serving as a point of contact for any questions or concerns. 
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
• Ensure all necessary tools, systems, and access are in place for new hires to begin their roles effectively. 
• Handle multiple onboarding projects and administrative tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. 
• Support the overall employee experience, ensuring new team members feel welcome and integrated from day one. 
• Maintain onboarding records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations (I9's, compliance training, etc.).
• Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction. 
• Order all uniforms for new hires.
• Assist in ordering team business cards.
• Lead the creation of Dream Communities and Dream Outdoor company huddles.
