About the role
OverviewThe Junior Designer supports account teams and creative partners in delivering design solutions across Zeno Group’s practices. This role assists with social content, presentation design, marketing materials, and graphic design projects, contributing to ideation, production, design systems, and project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Design assets for social, marketing, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Contribute ideas in brainstorming and creative sessions.
- Apply and maintain design systems and brand guidelines for both internal- and client-based projects.
- Prepare, format, and resize files for digital and print.
- Retouch and edit photography to support client and campaign needs.
- Explore and apply AI tools to enhance design workflows and creative output when appropriate.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all design work.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail and strict adherence to deadlines and client needs.
- Collaborate with non-designers to effectively translate client objectives into creative vision and adapt to feedback accordingly.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a design role.
- Website or PDF portfolio demonstrating creative and technical design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma a plus.
- Skilled in presentation programs, including MS PPT, Google Slides and Keynote.
- Excellent understanding of and strong foundation in typography, layout, and visual/identity systems.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
