Summer Internship Program OverviewThe Dun & Bradstreet Summer Internship Program runs for 10 weeks during the summer months. #TeamDNB Summer Interns will be introduced to our winning culture through hands-on learning experiences and exposure to real business projects. The program will offer various engagement and career development opportunities, including meetings with our Executive Leaders, Networking Socials, and Community Volunteer Events.
Global Legal Team InternshipThe Global Legal Team at Dun & Bradstreet supports all aspects of Dun & Bradstreet’s business operations and go-to-market strategies. The D&B Legal Intern will have the opportunity to participate in broad range of legal matters, including work with various functions within the legal team:
- Litigation and employment- Corporate governance- Commercial- Compliance and Ethics

Global Legal Team InternshipThe Global Legal Team at Dun & Bradstreet supports all aspects of Dun & Bradstreet’s business operations and go-to-market strategies. The D&B Legal Intern will have the opportunity to participate in broad range of legal matters, including work with various functions within the legal team:
- Litigation and employment- Corporate governance- Commercial- Compliance and Ethics
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with roll-out of Legal Department matter management tool – LawVu, including litigation/complaint implementation
- Review and assist with drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts
- Assist with Know Your Client disclosures
- Assist with legal entity database management
- Assist with global subsidiary corporate actions, including formations, dissolutions, appointment of officers and directors, etc.
- Assist with various public company governance actions (e.g., required updates to NYSE Listing Manager and preparation of governance materials for Board and Committee meetings)
- Assist with discovery/e-discovery in litigations, including records investigation and collection
- Assist with legal matter records hold process and procedures
- Assist with drafting customer service training on risk identification at our direction
- Draft cease and desist letters in employment and litigation matters under supervision
- Support our Global Compliance & Ethics Program, inclusive of the GCE assessment and review process
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a JD student at accredited law school; 2L or 3L
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- Strong communications and writing skills
- Process development and/or process management, systems thinking, and quantitative and qualitative analytical skills a plus
