Job Description
- The Project Manager will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional project teams in developing and launching exciting new technologies. The projects will be within the rapidly growing XC (Cross Domain Computing Solutions) division, supporting Stellantis as a customer
- Projects may focus on technologies involving Advanced Network Solutions, Cockpit Technologies, and/or Driver Experience
- Responsibilities include managing schedule/open issues to closure (including quality, cost, timing, customer satisfaction, customer PPAP requirements, sample deliveries, etc.) by identifying, prioritizing, communicating, and reducing risk through informed decision-making processes
- Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team with the goal to manage complex projects and tasks by utilizing experiences and new information to find innovative solutions
- Serve as primary customer contact on a variety of topics and work closely with the customer to resolve open topics and align goals
- Comfortable making important informed decisions and defending those positions using sound logic and effectively communicating the decision to all stakeholders
- Utilize communication skills to ensure all team members (internal, customers, etc.) are properly informed of changes, decisions, or expectations
- Ability to ensure the successful completion of team deliverables, both from internal resources as well as external sources such as customers, cross functional support groups, etc
- Estimate and evaluate time and economic risks to project. Collaborate with your project team to define strategies and implement actions addressing project risks
- Personal sense of ownership of all facets of a project or task
- Use previous experience and new knowledge to demonstrate technical and professional competence

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- 5+ years automotive experience
- 3+ years Customer Project Management experience
Preferred:
- Experience in successfully delivering automotive components to market
- Combination of technical knowledge and commercial skills
- Knowledge of and/or proficiency with project management tools, systems, and processes
- Experience working in global cross functional teams
- PMI / RKPMQ certification
- Experience working with Stellantis / FCA / PSA
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, communication with the customer
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent team player and skills in interacting with global stakeholders
