The Client Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for new client inquiries. This role is vital in ensuring that every family, referral source, or case manager receives a prompt, knowledgeable, and compassionate response when exploring home care services. You’ll manage incoming leads from Medicaid Waiver, Veterans programs, Long-Term Care insurance, andPrivate Pay sources, guiding them through the intake process from initial inquiry to service start

Responsibilities • Respond promptly to new client inquiries via phone, web, and email.• Screen client eligibility and explain available service options.• Coordinate with service coordinators, case managers, and referral partners.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in CRM/intake system.• Collaborate with recruiting and scheduling teams to ensure a smooth start of care.• Follow up with families and prospective clients to maintain engagement.• Meet or exceed lead conversion and response time goals.

Qualifications• 3+ years of experience in home care intake, healthcare admissions, orclient services.• Knowledge of Medicaid Waiver, Veterans Home Care, and LTC insuranceprograms preferred.
•  Previous service coordination/case management experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft, Google Office tools, HHA Exchange.
•  Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
