As a Senior Product Manager (Technical) for the Brand Stores team, you will use a combination of outstanding leadership, thought clarity, analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business model analysis, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers. You "think big, start small" and are excited about the prospect of owning the end-to-end lifecycle of a scaled, consumer facing software product. You are comfortable having both technical and strategic design conversations with senior engineering, user experience design, and product leaders. You also have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class experiences for online shoppers that raise-the-bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective. Lastly, you deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment and are comfortable exercising judgment across a spectrum of highly diverse problems.
Key job responsibilities
• Work with research, UX design, and engineering to define product strategy, features, roadmap priority, and the customer experience for new and existing online shopping features
• Drive product discussions with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders
• Develop an ambitious product roadmap that will deliver step changes to your product, including bring new and innovative shopping features to Amazon consumers
• Simplify solutions and launch/ test/ iterate/ learn quickly
• Own Brand Store shopper pain points and deliver product features that will reduce friction in the shopping flow
About the team
The Brand Stores team helps brands develop discovery, consideration, and loyalty with shoppers; expressed in meaningful connections that strengthen brands' current and future sales. Our main customer facing programs are Brand Stores and Brand Follow.
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle of a scaled, consumer facing, retail software product
- Ad Tech/Advertising Experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
