Job Overview:

As a Senior Analyst within the Wealth Management Insights & Analytics team, you’ll collaborate with strategy leaders, sales teams, and product managers to shape the direction of LPL’s Wealth Management business. You’ll play a key role in developing strategic initiatives, tracking performance, and communicating outcomes through compelling storytelling and data visualization. Your work will help drive growth, inform decision-making, and showcase the impact of our efforts across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner across the organization to support planning, growth, and monetization of LPL’s Wealth Management business.

  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategies and roadmaps to evaluate new opportunities and initiatives.

  • Lead the creation of monthly business performance readouts, synthesizing data and insights for senior leadership.

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Finance, and Wealth Management teams to drive impactful outcomes.

  • Build, monitor, and enhance reporting frameworks to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of professional experience, including 1+ years in strategy, data analytics, or financial analytics

  • Strong financial and business modeling skills

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau)

  • Experience with data manipulation tools (SQL, Alteryx, Python, or R)

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade

  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills

Preferences:

  • 1+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within Wealth Management

  • Demonstrated success in building and deploying business management frameworks

  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Data Science)


 

Pay Range:

$70,013-$116,688/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
