In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. This role will also include oversight of the Service Shops. You will participate in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

As a Workshop Services Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Managing the workshop and production facility in order to reach the defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
  • Defining shop layout and organizational structure to support PRT operations and / or customer services equipment that will be worked at the same site / building.
  • Hiring and defining training needs for shop personnel and define shop capabilities and resources to execute the scope of work, supported by engineering and other technical areas associated with the work scope.
  • Leading workshop services personnel.
  • Facilities management and administrative support for site, including CAPEX management of the site.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Operation Management.
  • Have previous operational experience, both onshore and / or offshore operations.
  • Have revious leadership experience with direct reports in previous positions.
