What you’ll do

 

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Services & Delivery Communications

 

Location: Newtown Square, PA

 

Expected Start Date: May 2025

 

Contract Duration: 12 months

 

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

 

• Gain internal communications experience through direct exposure to all parts of a fast paced and dynamic communications lifecycle
• Support the execution of various communications, events, and employee engagement programs for a large-scale, influential organization within SAP
• Craft messaging around key initatives and programs, including support for the regional CS&D Senior Leadership Team
• Assist with the planning and execution of key internal events including leadership summits, all employee meetings, and employee listening forums

Education: Communications, Journalism or Marketing

 

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

 

• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening and the ability to engage team members effectively; The individual must know how to tailor communications for a variety of audiences and communicate messaging clearly and effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and the ability to think critically and solve challenges

The SAP Customer Services & Delivery team is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join the team for a 12-month internship based in Newtown Square, PA. This internship is a great opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of SAP Customer Services & Delivery, SAP’s board area dedicated to supporting customers in their cloud transformation journey, accelerating innovation adoption, and increasing customer satisfaction. This position will provide excellent skill development and networking opportunities as you look ahead at your future as a communications professional.
