Job Description

The Business Operations Analyst II is the lead for the development and implementation of reporting and order analytic tools to support departmental and business activities. This position is responsible for monitoring and initiating business change processes and work flows to align order fulfilment best practices between domestic and global teams. This position will report and analyse departmental key performance indices, service level agreements, liaison with internal and external groups to improve data, and rectify system deficiencies. The incumbent will lead supply allocation fulfilment projects and manage product registration order releases to ensure these activities are compliant with international and domestic regulatory requirements. The position is the overall lead to perform root cause analysis, reporting activities and provide improvement strategies to optimize domestic and global order-to-cash and fulfilment activities between working groups such as but limited too; Supply Chain and Logistics, Olympus Business Service America groups, Sales and Marketing Organizations and International Business Centers. All tasks must be performed with accuracy and integrity for proper application of sales revenue, ensure JSOX compliance and international regulatory order requirements are met.

Job Duties

  • Perform analyses on core area data to ensure order fulfilment activities are being met within the assigned product and customer deliverables.
  • Manage and provide current open order data to communicate shipment dates, supply constraints, holds, and errors to domestic and international stakeholders.
  • Perform root cause analyses and drive solution activities to completion.
  • Responsible to track, measure, monitor, research and report on key performance indices and service level agreements.
  • Develop and implement order fulfilment and order management work instructions and procedures.
  • Responsible for the execution of supply allocation against approved priority orders.
  • Collaborate and work with International Regulatory group to ensure order releases are compliant with international regulatory requirements.
  • Manage, coordinate, and action inquiries through group email boxes.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analyses between multiple companies and systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualification

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Supply Chain or Business required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience is required within Business Operations, Supply Chain or Customer Operations.

 

Preferred:

  •  Utilizing ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  • Leading projects to completion.
  • Analyzing data to optimize processes, monitor performance and create metrices.
  • Spreadsheet, Database, and BI Reporting system skills
  • Well-versed in PowerPoint, Graphs and Tables.
  • Intermediate to Advance Excel skills.
  • Manage, Organize, and Interpret large data sets.
