Job Description

• Coordinate project resources, plan, scope, schedule, and drive deliverables while managing budgets and mitigating risks.
• Define, track, and report on key metrics, leveraging insights from both successful and unsuccessful endeavors to continuously enhance our standards and processes.
• Apply a deep understanding of formal project management methodologies, knowing when to adhere to them and when to adapt as needed.
• Navigate the Software Development Life Cycle with ease.
• Employ advanced communication skills to negotiate and influence stakeholders with tact.
• Creatively and patiently resolve issues that may arise while managing conflicting priorities and reconciling differing perspectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (EE, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering).
• 5-7+ years of progressive success in leading technical teams as a Technical Project Manager within a technical product environment (SaaS, SW/HW Product, Productized Software).
• Experience in a modern logistics framework (3PL, Warehouse).
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Confluence/JIRA, and other relevant project management software.
