Senior Product Marketing Manager UWB Automotive (m/f/d)

​ Job Responsibility:

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for UWB automotive segment growth. 
• Collaborate and team-up with a diverse world-wide team.
• Build strong relationships with Customers, Sales and Ecosystem Players
• Track and ensure execution of plans, clearly communicate risks and changes and drive early corrective actions if needed. 
• Set requirements for solutions connected to solid business cases driving product development. 
• Understand technical product aspects and well abstract key value propositions for non-technical experts.
• Form deep understanding of automotive Ultra-Wideband markets, ecosystems and use cases.
• Drive to successful closure design wins, as well as, manage multiple simultaneous customer programs.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor or Master of Engineering or Science degree
• 10 years of relevant experience 
• Experience developing business case and market analysis 
• Ideally technical background in Automotive electronics / Automotive networks/Ultra-Wideband
• As a person you are experienced and have a positive vision and an innovative mindset. You are customer oriented, structured and analytical in your way of working and firm in independent decision making
• You are experienced to work in cross-functional teams without formal authority
• You are an excellent team player with great communication skills across organizational levels and cultures
