About the role

The VIE, Global Retail Learning, will play a key role in supporting the worldwide transformation of Digital Learning. This individual will help us create inspiring, sharable, and exciting global content for our 350+ stores and 6000+ retail employees. 

This individual will participate in revolutionizing the behaviors of our retail population by developing inspirational digital content for our internal Learning App. The objective is to inspire our Client Advisors to become expert storytellers in the industry. 

Our ideal candidate is familiar with the latest content creation and editing tools and techniques to create compelling digital content. They can bring new ideas for the future of digital learning and Tiffany’s first worldwide Learning App.

They have excellent written and communication skills, high attention to detail, and can work autonomously when needed.

 

VIE Program Requirements:

  • Ages 18 - 28
  • French or European Union citizen
  • Be available to work in New York, NY for the entire 18-month program
  • Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°)
  • Available to devote yourself full time to your assignment

 

The salary for this position is € 5072.76 per month.

Location: This is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Content Creation

  • Ideate, write, and produce digital content (visuals and copy) designed explicitly for the newsfeed on our internal digital learning platform
  • Create global content that educates, motivates, and boosts retail engagement through imagery, narration, scripted copy, and soundbites
  • Monitor digital trends across digital platforms that can aid in effective learning; learn and adapt to using new technologies as needed. 
  • Support the Global Retail Learning team in content creation as needed for various learning courses
  • Creative problem-solving skills for overcoming challenges associated with remote learning.

Project Management

  • Manage editorial calendar for the “newsfeed” and courses on the Learning App 
  • Manage the translation process for all content in 10+ languages 
  • Partner with key vendors on translations and content development.

Performance Monitoring and Measurement 

  • Evaluate regional engagement and adoption of the Learning App and communicate data to the regional training leads and corporate partners. 
  • Leverage your data analysis skills to assess learning content and report to the global team.
  • Develop solutions to support platform adoption and drive employee engagement.
  • Partner with the Retail Performance team to monitor and assess learning effectiveness. 

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English both verbally and business writing
  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Office 365 tools
  • Project Management Skills

  • Highly organized and proven able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while balancing quality with on-time delivery.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • A highly creative self-starter who can work both independently and collaborate well with different teams within a global environment 
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills; proven research skills to gather data, best practices, and points of view to ensure sound judgment
