Senior Director, Business Process Automation and Technology Augmentation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Business Process Automation and Technology Augmentation with a strong operational background to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for championing and driving business process automation and technology augmentation initiatives across our global company through the use of robotic process automation and generative AI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for enhancement, develop innovative strategies, and deploy solutions that drive creativity, efficiency and engagement.

 

As a Senior Director, Business Process Automation and Technology Augmentation you will:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's business process automation and technology augmentation strategy through robotic process automation and generative AI.
• Champion the adoption of business process automation across the organization, driving awareness, understanding, and excitement.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and technology augmentation by analyzing existing processes, workflows, systems, and data.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation initiatives, making data driven decisions to optimize efficiency.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

 

You’re good at:

• Proficient in automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, ML).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills. This is a leadership position overseeing a growing team.
• Ability to think strategically, execute methodically, and anticipate future trends.
