Your Role

This role has two centres of gravity: our Games and the Platform.

Games

• You will be responsible for the success of our existing portfolio of top performing instant games, ensuring they continuously thrive within the platform environment.

• You will be passionate about diving into individual games and making small and incremental changes that improve the user experience as well as the monetisation based on KPI data.

Platform

• You will pitch new ideas for the platform to our team as well as the game platform team.

• You will enjoy liaising with our team and the platform team about existing and upcoming features as well as potential improvements and opportunities/challenges for our games.

• You will make sure our games benefit from all the existing and future platform features including: ad-monetisation, in-game purchase, leaderboards, achievements, game notifications, cross promotion, events, A/B testing, community pages, game pages and social features such as play with a friend, tournament, avatars etc.

• You will ensure our games use the best marketing materials and descriptions.

The perfect candidate is deeply passionate about casual games, driven by maximising KPIs, while balancing resources, timelines and code limitations. You have a good understanding of the Instant Gaming landscape and nuance of various platform APIs. Reporting to our Head of Partnerships you will work as part of a bigger team that delivers games to multiple platforms. You will have dedicated development resources available to you and you will work based on your own roadmap.

This is a dynamic role where the scope and focus might evolve into working on other platforms or game projects since our games and partnerships are constantly evolving.

Your profile

• Project Management. You own the process, scope, schedule, and resource plan internally and externally.

• Data Driven. As Game Platform Producer you make informed, data-driven decisions to maximise the commercial aspects of multiple Instant Games.

• Communication. You communicate plans, decisions and progress in a clear way to all stakeholders and ensure thorough documentation.

• User Oriented. You balance game performance with user experience, combining your industry knowledge and a gamer intuition.

Your Background

• 3-5 years experience in Game Production, Product Management, or related roles in the casual games / instant games / F2P games industry
• Background in managing casual game platforms and their features· Deep knowledge of in-game monetisation by ads and in-game purchase as well as all related KPIs and current trends of business models
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, high attention to detail
• Experience in working in an agile team, ideally with a
