Residential Sales Associate

Seeking a Sales Associate for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Northern California.

Salary is $70,000 per year (plus performance based bonus/commission)

The New Home Sales Associate supports the sales process for new homes in Northern California. This role involves working with a team and ensuring positive customer experiences from first inquiry to closing. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of local housing trends, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.

Responsibilities:

• Support a high-performance culture and achieve sales targets.
• Support the client journey from initial contact to closing.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with marketing, construction, design, and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accurate documentation.
• Maintain market intelligence and adjust strategies as needed.
• Represent the organization at local events and build relationships.
• Address and resolve buyer concerns.
• Identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in new home sales or a related field.
• Current California Real Estate License preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
