Job Title: Clinical Nutrition Manager                          

Location: Greater Philadelphia Hospital

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Nutrition Manager to join our healthcare team at a Greater Philadelphia Area Hospital.   The Clinical Nutrition Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nutrition care services and programs, providing medical nutrition therapy to patients and working closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality nutritional care for our patients.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nutrition care plans for patients, in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Supervise and mentor the nutrition staff, including registered dietitians and other nutrition professionals
• Manage the budget and resources for the nutrition care services
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards related to nutrition care
• Participate in quality improvement activities and lead initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists, to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of nutrition care processes, regulatory standards, and quality improvement methodologies
