Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Grand Villa of Boynton Beach

We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our community. 

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the maintenance team to ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure they are followed by the team

- Conduct regular inspections of the community to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are addressed promptly

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality work and timely completion of projects

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and expenses

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
