The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as Finance Analysis Manager (Level K), overseeing a geographically diverse team that delivers high-impact financial support of Engineering Test & Technology (ET&T) Overhead and Boeing Technical Innovation portfolio located in Mesa, Arizona. This role is responsible for insuring budget and forecast maintenance, accuracy, and variance analysis in support of the Business Unit Integrators, ET&T leadership and Pool Owners.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages finance employees in multiple locations
Develops and executes organizational plans, documentation and maintenance of standard work, and guides the development of business and technical acumen of the team and partners
Acquires resources for organizational requirements, provides technical support to partners and team, and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Financial support for Engineering Test & Technology (ET&T)
ET&T enterprise cost reporting
Overhead pools performance and analysis
Develop financial Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) for Other Transaction Authority (OTA)
Manage Integrated Research and Development (IR&D) in Cost, Schedule, Planning and Reporting (CSPR)/IR&D Planner across ET&T
Other responsibilities include Company-Sponsored Research and Development (CSR&D), AvionX support, Boeing Technology Innovation (BTI) and Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) support
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field
5+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related role
1+ years of experience developing and implementing process improvements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
1+ years of experience working across multiple programs and location
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $108,800 - $147,500
