We are not going to explain to you what skills you need to be a successful Product Owner. Backlog management, priorities, stakeholder management… You know them all. Instead, let us explain how we are different from many others in our industry.

We don’t manage Excel sheets or create PowerPoints. We don’t play the paper-pleasing game. We don’t hide under umbrellas because it’s easier. We are not there to please the management.
