Description:

At Phoebe's new Critical Care & Trauma Tower, the Director leads the Critical Care units, Cardiology step down unit, Dialysis unit while coordinating with other departments to provide maximum level of total care for patients.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)

Work Experience: 3 or more years healthcare management experience in critical care setting (Required)

Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license, AHA BLS & ACLS (Required)

Essential Functions: Directs the coordination of care across setting and among caregivers. Engages in teamwork as a team player and a team builder.
