RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our Compensation & Benefits team in our People Services, we are looking for new teammate who can contribute to design a compelling Compensation & Benefits offer based on our business goals and strategy that matches our work and organizational culture.

• You will be the go-to person for compensation and benefits topics for the different business divisions in a cross-regional scope (e.g. merit increase, job grading, PEM bonus, etc) and thereby you will always need to keep an eye on the latest trends.
• Another task of yours will be to contribute to the business goals working in different cross-regional projects related to transformation and compensation and benefits topics.
• Furthermore, you will be the contact person for C&B service teams in the regional hubs as subject matter expertise for proper conducting of market benchmarks, salary band designs and living wage controls.
• Last but not least, you can expect to be responsible for data delivering coordination to external providers, development of market references lines, supporting the region in decision on reward packages as well as scouting of market trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree (master would be ideally) in human resources, business administration, organizational development or a similar field of study
• at least 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
• working experience with or in different service providers such as Willis Towers Watson, Korn Ferry, Mercer, etc.
• great communication skills in English; another EMEA language or German is a plus 

BENEFITS

• Position has 1-year limited contract.

• Gross annual salary: € 45,000 - € 59,000, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus depending on the company's success and individual performance.
