Research Project Lead

About your new role

As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a highly motivated professional to lead a modularity research project aimed at making our products and services more dynamic. As a Research Project Lead you will have a passion for sustainability, a strong background in data analysis, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions aligned to business requirements.

As an Research Project Lead you will be required to undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day to day activities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on sustainability practices, trends, and legal and compliance policies. Understand sustainability risks associated with different industries.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information and ensure project alignment with organisational goals
  • Produce detailed reports and presentations to communicate project updates and results to management and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, budget, and quality standards
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the project's effectiveness and impact
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members

Requirements

To apply for this role candidates will ideally have:

  • A University degree in a relevant field such as sustainability, environmental science, social science or human rights
  • Strong data analysis and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices, trends, and legal and compliance policies
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to drive positive change
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
