<p>Tasks and responsibilities</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Client Leadership:</strong>&nbsp;Act as the lead strategic advisor to senior-level client contacts at DOVE (Unilever), understanding their business challenges and opportunities to develop long-term brand strategies that drive significant impact and growth.</li> <li><strong>Account Growth &amp; Profitability:</strong>&nbsp;Lead the overall strategic and commercial performance of the DOVE account, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, and consistently striving to increase client and agency profitability.</li> <li><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Mentorship:</strong>&nbsp;Inspire, manage, and mentor a large, multidisciplinary internal agency team (including account managers, strategists, creatives, and production) assigned to the account, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and client-centric culture.</li> <li><strong>Global Campaign Oversight:</strong>&nbsp;Provide senior oversight and strategic direction for the planning, development, and flawless execution of complex, integrated 360 campaigns across various international markets and channels, ensuring strategic alignment, creative excellence, and timely delivery.</li> <li><strong>Quality Control &amp; Standards:</strong>&nbsp;Establish and uphold the highest standards of quality for all client deliverables, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues and ensuring all work meets Ogilvy's and the client's expectations.</li> <li><strong>Briefing &amp; Strategic Development:</strong>&nbsp;Lead the comprehensive gathering of client requirements, formulate insightful and actionable strategic briefs, and collaborate closely with strategy and creative teams to develop innovative and effective marketing solutions.</li> <li><strong>Financial Management:</strong>&nbsp;Oversee account financials, including budgeting, forecasting, resourcing, and ensuring healthy account profitability.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination:</strong>&nbsp;Ensure seamless collaboration and communication between all internal agency departments (Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, etc.) to maintain a unified brand vision and operational efficiency.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Minimum of&nbsp;<strong>8-10+ years of progressive agency experience</strong>&nbsp;in account management, with at least&nbsp;<strong>3-5 years specifically in a Senior Account Director</strong>&nbsp;or equivalent leadership role.</li> <li>Extensive and proven experience managing large, complex international accounts within the&nbsp;<strong>FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and Beauty sectors
