Reporting to the Director of Total Rewards and HRIS, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director, Global Compensation, to lead all facets of our global compensation strategy—including corporate, sales, and rewards and recognition programs.
While we’ve built a strong foundation of compensation programs, this role is critical to evolving our approach to ensure it continues to attract and retain top talent, drive engagement, and align with our global business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a culture-keeper, a strategic thinker and an operational expert—able to design forward-looking compensation strategies while also managing the processes and details that bring them to life.

To be qualified for this position you:
- 10+ years of corporate experience: Focused on compensation design and management in technology companies for the US and India markets.
- Incentive compensation programs: Proven experience in designing effective incentive compensation programs.
- Executive compensation: Extensive experience in managing executive compensation.
- Training delivery: Skilled in creating and delivering training to associates and managers.
- Radford and Workday expertise: Proficient in using Radford and Workday for compensation management.
- Legislation knowledge: In-depth knowledge of US federal and state legislation influencing compensation and benefits.
- Sales commissions and executive compensation: Well-versed in managing sales commissions and executive compensation programs.
- Financial acumen: Ability to estimate costs for new and existing programs, considering design, budgeting, and tracking purposes.
- Equity program management: Comprehensive experience in managing long-term incentive program design, benchmarking, budgeting, and administration.
- Educational background: Bachelor's degree.

- Global compensation experience: Hands-on experience in managing compensation in markets outside of North America, showcasing a deep understanding of international compensation practices.
- Scaling compensation in high-growth tech environments: Proven track record of scaling compensation strategies for technology companies experiencing rapid growth.
