YOUR ROLE AS C.N.A. WITH US

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will function as a member of the clinical team responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, in both an inclusive and collaborative work environment. You'll operate within the scope of practice as defined by the State, aligning with the standards for Skilled Nursing Facilities. The role involves delivering hands-on compassionate care to our patients. You'll be assigned duties as designated by your competency level to ensure optimal patient care and will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS WE'RE LOOKING FOR


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to complete our new hire orientation

WORK SCHEDULE

We offer morning, afternoon, and nightshift schedule options, plus additional hours by request. Shifts are typically between 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, and 11pm - 7am.
