ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Performs daily revenue audits, cash summaries, journals for entry and related revenue reports for management.   Prepares deposit slips for/or captures credit card billing, reconciles credit card deposits and responds to customer billing inquiries and disputes.   Communicates both written and orally with affiliated departments on variances, statistics and exceptions to policy and procedures.  Issues statements of accounts and performs collection efforts under direction of Income Control Supervisor.  Participates in Monthly Verification of Electronic Gaming Device Meters.  Assists in W2-G and Win/Loss statement preparation.  Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.   Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures.   Performs all related duties as assigned

• Reviews deposit slips and reconciles credit cards to daily audits. 
• Communicates both written and orally with affiliated departments on variances, statistics and exceptions to policy and procedures.
• Participates in Daily Verification of Electronic Gaming Device Meters.
• Assists in W2-G and Win/Loss statement preparation.
• Data entry in Excel spreadsheets
• Acts as a role model and presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same. 
• Adheres to all department and company policies and procedures. 
• Performs all related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

1. High School Diploma required.
2. Good telephone manner.
3. Typing skills, Excel, & MS Office experience preferred
4. Calculator ability preferred.
5. Must be detailed oriented.
6. Must be able to solve problems independently.
7. Must have good mathematical skills.

 

JOB DEMANDS:

• Lifts up to a maximum of 25 pounds and frequently lifts and/or carries objects up to 15 pounds.
• Position requires 10% standing, 80% sitting, 10% walking. 
• Must be able to maneuver around office and effectively work at a desk. 
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine and various printers. 
• Requires some bending, pushing, twisting, kneeling, climbing, stooping and reaching overhead.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, stressful environment. 
• Must be able to respond to touch/speech and aural and visual cues.
