About the role

We are looking for a Salesforce and SaaS Administrator to join our team to ensure our organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently. The Salesforce and SaaS Administrator is responsible for the administration and customization of applications, including the creation of user accounts, maintaining our sales databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce and other SaaS products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Experience using various software as a service (SaaS) with a focus on integrations and improving the user experience, and training
  • Must be located in Bay Area, California

Preferred:

  • Salesforce certified administrator
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Coding experience (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.) to help build the backend
  • Non-profit experience
  • Experience creating training material and conducting 1-1 or group training*

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups for Salesforce & other SaaS applications
  • Develop and maintain automation within Salesforce & other SaaS applications
  • Handle the technical side of websites, interface with developers, and users of the various Salesforce apps
  • Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization
  • Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed & Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs
  • Maintain data integrity and cleanliness, perform regular data backups, and coordinate disaster recovery procedures.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Above is the pay range for this position that we reasonably expect to pay. Individual compensation is based on various factors, including experience/education, skillset, and geographic location.
